Imagine scooting around your favourite street on a machine that maneuvers with ease and feels like riding a breeze. As you waltz between its 3 speed modes and cruise around smooth and bumpy roads without telling the difference, the passers by would want to be you — it’s not their fault. As an alternative mode of transportation or simply a leisure ride, getting around campus or making an eco-friendly statement, this little beast is an all-round e-scooter that handles inclines and bumpy surfaces like a champ.
Riding a BREEZE
If you’re looking for a comfortable and comprehensive electric scooter that is both solid in form and simple in feel, this is it. As compact as it can get, Digimmi SCOOT is an object of envy for most of its peers — thanks to its unique Urban SUV patented design.
Ergonomic Design
Tall, strong, & sturdy, SCOOT is a ride to drool over. Made with aviation standard aluminium alloy and powered with a quiet 350W motor, it can reach 25 km/h (19 mph) speed, travel up to 20 km maximum range, and accommodate a max load of 120 kg (260 lbs). With 3 speed modes, it’s easy to learn for newbies and a lot of fun for Pros.
On the Deck
The spacious deck is enough for most shoe-sizes unless you wear a 13+. The deck features 18-inches by 5.8-inches of standing space and has 4-inches of ground clearance. Made of premium silicone material, the deck gives a comfortable grip and is wear-resistant.
Zen-wheels
A big plus is its pneumatic 8.5 inch wheels with ultimate shock absorption effect so you get the benefit of riding on air. Plus they’re also tubeless means — minimal chances of getting a flat. Specifically made to not only grip the road and tackle terrain, you can say, Scoot is tirelessly yours (pun intended).
Removable Battery
One of our favourite Pros, you can now remove the battery from the scooter to charge and if you’re leaving the Scoot somewhere deserted, you just have to carry the battery to minimise the risk of theft. Plus you can carry an extra battery and swap it while going the distance. Quick 3 hours charging time gives you 25 km travel. Way to go!
Braking Good
With a triple independent breaking mechanism — electronic brake, disc brake, & foot brake, you can zoom past and slow down with ease. A hand lever controls the electronic and disc brake simultaneously.
Let there be Light
Digimmi X7 comes equipped with both front and rear built-in LED lights. The taillight flashes in sync with any of the three brakes.
High-definition LCD Screen
The cockpit features an IP54 waterproof digital speedometer to keep you aware on the go. Simple controls for mode, lights, battery level, and changing the P-settings.
Folds like a charm
Its sturdy stem folds in a flash and is quite handy to load to your car or bring on the public transit when you’re travelling. Once the handlebars are pulled out and the front wheels are put, you’re there. Just under 30 pounds (12kg), you can hold Scoot with a little strength.
Unboxing
Unboxing and assembly process is a piece of cake. Inside the box, you’ll find a charger, an instruction manual, and a foldable electric scooter for adults. Outside the box—with minimal set up—you can assemble SCOOT in a matter of minutes. Twist on the handle bars, secure the brakes with the provided hex key and off you go. Comes with a loud little bell.
Best Bang for Your Buck
Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable electric scooter that’s fun to ride and takes you places, Digimmi SCOOT is your wheels-to-be.
This scooter is an extremely fun way to get around town! I’m just under the 200lb limit and it rides pretty smoothly even on the rough terrain of NYC. In sport mode, I can get up to 25 mph and ride on grass. The battery drains pretty quickly using sport mode though, so plan accordingly. Haven’t yet pushed it to its limit, so I’ll update my review once I do. Have yet to have any motherboard issues either, but I haven’t had it too long. My only real qualm is that the breaking takes some getting used to. Overall I’m extremely happy with this product and would recommend if you commute or just for fun.
Very great scooter, works great first day using it. I used it straight out of box without charging and went 12 miles on sports mode , I ran out of battery because it was only at 50% when I started. I definitely recommend this scooter, worth every buc. Specs, top speed of about 20miles per hr, also has a fenomenal range of 22 miles on sport mode and 25 on standard. Great scoot, haven’t had any problems.
I use this to commute about 7.5 miles to work and home, 4 days a week and to go out about Brooklyn on the weekend. My round trip of 15 miles takes the battery to less than 20% of remaining capacity, so forget that range claim. I weigh about 190 and carry a backpack with around 10 lbs.I typically set the cruise control (BEST FEATURE YET) to 12 mph or so and just enjoy riding in the bike lanes, over the bridge and through the streets of lower Manhattan. I’ve had motorcycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades and bicycles and this is the most fun vehicle I’ve had!
Great for all ages. Wanted to get the kids one for my 7YO but it only goes 8-10mph. She easily goes 14mph on this one and has a blast. It is very large and heavy for a child but she loves it. Works great for adults as well. I can fit my 7YO on it with me, we are a combined weight of 240lb and can get up to 32mph on a flat sidewalk. So much fun for everyone in my family! I like that there are 3 speed settings, so I can keep it on the lowest one for my 7YO.
It’s a lot of fun, however it’s not good at all on slick areas, and definitely not good at going over cracks in the road. Definitely need a helmet and slow down when u see cracks in the road or sidewalk.
My ES4 Max speed dropped to 10mph/ hour. Anyone know how to fix it back to 18mph?
I got this scooter to just zoom around my neighborhood, on paved park trails, and in some urban (Portland) roads. The rubber tires are a little rough ride (they’re not inflated, so they’ll never go flat tho!), but the ride with the shock absorbers is just fine. If you’re a regular-sized and weight adult like me, be sure to put it into Sports mode to get the maximum amount of acceleration and hill-climbing power!
Easy to put together – great product – takes up little room when storing
I got this for my son. He loves it. A tad heavy but totally manageable. Construction is sturdy as you would expect from Segway products. Display is nice and the app offers decent features. Overall, this is a good product and I have no complaints other than the price.
A lot of fun, very portable, nice if they worked on improving the brake system a little, but I’m not complaining.
So much fun! Easy to assemble (it maybe took 5 minutes) and easy to charge. The app has a super short safety tutorial and then you’re on your way. We chose this model because it has solid tires, no tubes and not inflatable. There is a very popular bike path near our home and flats can be an issue, so this feature was important. Easy to learn how to use the foot brake (very important on downhills), too.
Love it.Every person that rides it, orders one.Battery life , more than expected and speed really gets me around
It is a exelent scooter one of the best out there it gets me where ever I want to go.
Absolutely love my ES4. Great bang for the buck. I am near 200 lbs and am getting 20 miles out of a charge in hilly terrain. It folds easily to store in my semi and works great to get me out in the fresh air to go to store, eat somewhere other than the truck stop, or just go for a leisurley cruise. Always a conversation starter and just plain a TON OF FUN!!*Update* My charger has stopped working. Looking for advice on dealing with tech for a replacement or just fast track and buy a new one???
I’ve only had it a couple weeks but I really enjoy the product so far. On the “limited” setting you won’t move quickly at all, but on the “sport” setting you’d better wear a helmet. I work on rooftops for a living and I’m telling you that on its highest setting this product is a little intimidating. I weigh 230 lbs and can travel a mile in under three minutes, it’s quick and the battery lasts forever. I am worried about the tires, because from what i’ve read the tred wears out in a matter of months.
It came in, was built and test drove it all in 15-20 mins and it has its own app along with it. What they don’t tell you is that it has lights that work well and really cool RGB LED lights underneath you can customize. It rides smooth and at a pretty good speed. Well worth it in my book
I think this has been some of the best money spent, I use every day to and from work in SF. Battery drains fairly quick.. I get about only 16 miles.. but I’m 210lbs, and there are some hills. Only thing that would make it better is if the motor was peak 1000w rather than 800w, it might hit some of those hills better. Also, once I get down to 38-40% battery .. I don’t seam to be able to go over 17 mph. Not sure what that’s about but over all, I would recommend and have to a few people now.
Just got my scooter and I have been on it for two days now when I first got on it I thought it was so slow I was going to return it I did not realize there were three different modes so remember when you get it if you double tap the button it changes it from slow mode medium mode to fast mode I basically keep it in fast mode all the time he doesn’t go super fast max speed I got was about 20 mph I would have liked it to go at least 30 but it will do the battery is amazing the shocks are amazing all in all I’m very happy with my purchase
This scooter works very nice. The battery last long enough for the daily work. The only thing I feel inconvenient is that I will have to use the app to set the maximum speed.
This thing is awesome. My second scooter. This rides so nice. I’m 200 pounds and it climbs great. It hits and holds max advertised speed. Now will have to see durability.
After my wife and I rented scooters a couple of times we decided to go ahead and buy a couple. We are so glad we did. These are so much nicer than the Birds and the Lime scooters out there. The suspension could be a little bit better, but you can float the scooter over a lot of bumps. So much fun, and we don’t have to worry about someone renting them if we stop for a beverage.
I really like the S4, it’s really fast but I wish it had a disc brake because when you hit the 15+ miles speed and use the e-brake the scooter will throw you forward I found that about it the hard way.
Just amazing and fun. Long battery life and super fast. WEAR A HELMET. THIS THING CAN GO UP TO 30 miles per hour.
Awesome scooter. You do need a cell phone/bluetooth to set up and ride initially, which was a bit annoying because I had two scooters and one phone so I had to unpair the first scooter in order to pair/setup the second scooter, but other than that, it rides great. No issues. Also, the tool and screws for the handlebar are in a piece of styrofoam which took a minute to find. But mostly assembled out of box, just unfold and screw on the handlebars. Great buy!
Speed mode is key. The initial training ride is annoying, but blame the lawyers.
Probably just a little better than the ninebot max. I have both this one is better overall. Ningbo max may be more steady. Not worth the added weight. This thing is amazing. Im 200lbs and can get to 19mph on level ground and 27 down a hill. Pretty fun.
This has been a great device. The first week it saved me 5.00 in gas. Lock in your core, get upright and ride on in to work. I wish it had a little more power on the hills, and I wish they didn’t have a governor on it so it stops at exactly 19mph.
Lots of fun and fast.
my husband gave it to me for our wedding anniversary and it was the best thing he could do. I LOVE IT. It’s been so useful, I can go wherever I want with no excuses great speed, I don’t have to worry about the tires and it’s so easy to use, taking into account that i have never had something similar before even a skate.
My son loves this scooter. Way better than I expected. Just make sure you put it in sport mode.
Purchased to have a fun way to travel around Cleveland – cheaper in the long run than renting. Totally a blast!
This is way faster than the S2 model. I have both and raced them side by side. Also, the S4 pulled me (210) up a steep hill, where the S2 couldn’t. I’ll get an add on battery for the S2 eventually…. don’t forget to change the speed within the app. It shows up limited..
This Scooter is phenomenal. It is fast and the battery life is never ending. The lights are great to be seen by and to light the road.
We live in the city, so great and easy to use
My son is over the moon happy with this scooter!
Recently moved and my commute is now less than 6 miles round trip. I typically charge at work just in case I want to grab lunch or stop by the store in the way home. The full suspension gives it a smooth ride.
Excelent product 10 stars if possible!
This is the best scooter thus far it goes about 30mph very easy to ride very nice ppl are drawn to it the lights are sooo beautiful it has two modes so just hold a few seconds to change modes I absolutely love it !! Also easy fold n lightweight
